    Alison Litchfield

    alisonlitchfield.com

Alison Litchfield, ERYT 500, has been a yoga practitioner for over 24 years.  She fell in love with yoga just after losing her mother to cancer in 1990 when she stumbled into her first class here in Boulder at The Yoga Workshop with Richard Freeman.  Her teaching is also strongly influenced by so many inspirational teachers and wisdoms handed down. Her classes and sessions weave together alignment, flow,  wisdom and philosophy as it relates to our modern day life. She is a Certified Rolfer of Structural Integration and owner of Embody Radiance Yoga. She offers Teacher and Leadership Trainings, retreats, workshops and one on one body and energy work.

Alison’s yoga and embodiment practice has been such an essential part of her healing process that it has become the compass in living her life with radical freedom and joy. She is a Yogini, a mother and a seeker of truth and authenticity. Her path continues to be inspired by weaving yoga into all aspects of her life including motherhood and householder life,  teaching and facilitating healing on a global level.

Some of her other passions include cooking, hiking in the foothills, biking, skiing and playing outdoors as much as possible with her husband, two boys and puggle dog.
